Negotiable rates for extended stays out of peak season.

Prices inclusive of electricity, gas and water. Supplementary charge for winter heating.

Central Heating ( on request) 10 Euros a day

Deposit of 30% is requested on booking with the remainder paid 1 month before arrival

A returnable damage deposit of €500 is also requested on arrival

For LONG WEEK ENDS or SHORT STAYS, you can leave the house very late in the evening !
